TopQ: As a member, will I have access to other peoples contact information?A: Yes and No. Yes - through our forums you will be able to interact and meet and communicate both publically and privately. No - our member information is confidential and will never be shared or sold. TopQ: How do I get a listing in the scrapbooking directoryA: Getting a listing in our directory is quick and easy. Simply sign up for an account with the International Scrapbooking Association. During the registration proccess you will be able to choose the membership type applicable to you. After you have joined you will be able to customize and edit your listing. TopQ: Do I need to be an affiliate to use the website widgets?A: No. Anyone can use our widgets, however becomming an affiliate is FREE, easy and earns you money. TopQ: How come I do not recieve emails from WeScrap?A: There are several reasons why you may not receive emails from us. 1 - The email address we have in our database for you may not be correct, please ensure your account information is up to date and accurate. 2 - Many ISP (Internet Service Providers) such as AOL, Yahoo! and others have a very restrictive junk email filter, we make every effort to comply with current best practices however it is not possible to accommodate every ISP. TopQ: What is the difference between WeScrap and the International Scrapbooking Association (ISA)?A: There is no difference. WeScrap is simply the web based application and community of the International Scrapbooking Association (ISA) TopQ: How do I become a sponsor?A: Currently we only accept sponsorship from current members of the International Scrapbooking Association. TopQ: How do I earn ScrapPoints ?A: Only members of the International Scrapbooking Association are eligible to earn ScrapPoints. You can earn ScrapPoints by uploading layouts to our gallery, participating in contests and challenges and submitting content. For more information visit the ScrapPoints Page TopQ: Why can I not post in the forum / gallery?A: You must first be a registered user. If you are a member; be sure you are logged in. If you are 100% sure you are logged in, please try logging out and then loggin back in again. If you are still having issues please contact-us TopQ: How long does it take to have an event, contest or call approved?A: 24 - 48 hours. Our staff works diligently to review all submissions as quickly as possible. If you omit, or provide false / inaccurate information your submission may be delayed or even deleted, so be sure to provide as much information and be as accurate as possible. TopQ: I am currently a "Scrapbooker" but would now like to become a Designer, Scrapbooker For Hire or a Consultant; how do I do this ?A: Simply contact us with all of your current account information, we will then send you an E-Bill with a credit towards the annual fee equal to that of your current membership remaining time.
