My online name Kiber is a combination of my nick-name (Ki) and the first letter of my last name. I am a 10-year stay-at-home mom with 4 kids and a Navy Wife. I grew up in Mississippi and graduated University Southern Mississippi with my Biology Degree and shortly after had my first child. I have held no "real" paying job since then, but I have been in the MS Air National Guard for 18 years which helped me pay my way through college. My husband is currently working toward his degree while serving in the Navy because we want to encourage our children to keep learning.
While married to my husband we have lived in San Diego; Yokosuka, Japan; Pensacola, Fl; and now are in Silverdale, WA and love it here very much!
My children are now 4, 7, 8 and 10 ...three girls and then a boy who is still home and keeps me very busy!
I started scrapbooking after having my first daughter in 1997, but it really did not "take off" for me and become more than a hobby until about 2005 when I entered the online world of swaps, challenges, contest and such.
I am currently a DT member for Scrappy Giraffe Kits and Scrapbooking Playground and also do work for Apron Strings.
